Light is never neutral.
It is always a decision.
A decision about what to reveal and what to leave in shadow.
About rhythm, balance, and restraint.
About when to stop.
In my atelier, light does not begin with brightness, but with intention. Before form, before material, there is a question: what must remain essential?
Every lamp is reduced until nothing unnecessary survives. What remains is structure, proportion, and silence. Light emerges not to impress, but to clarify.
This is why my work avoids excess. Why light is indirect. Why form is restrained.
Because light, when chosen carefully, does not decorate space — it defines it.
