Can I modify the product color after placing an order?

After placing an order, it’s perfectly fine if you change your mind. However, please make your request as soon as possible after receiving your order confirmation. Once the product is shipped, any changes will require a return, and additional shipping costs will apply.

Is a US adapter available?

All our lamps come with a European adapter. If you're in the US and need a different adapter, please email us after your order confirmation with your request.

Is it possible to have the product certificate issued under a different name?

Yes, simply send us your request via email after the order confirmation, and we’ll issue the production certificate with the name you specify.
