Return Policy

We at CristofaroLuce are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. For any product purchased on our site, if you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days from the day you receive your order, provided that the product is returned in new, unused, uninstalled condition and in its original packaging.

During the Christmas period, we accept return requests within 45 days for purchases made between 1 December and 24 December.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send your request by email to tommaso@cristofaroluce.com, clearly stating:

Your full name
Your order number
The email address used for the purchase
The product you wish to withdraw from
A clear statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt of the request and provide the necessary instructions for returning the product.

Return Conditions

The product must be returned in new, unused, uninstalled condition and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been damaged by the client, installed, modified, or returned without adequate protective packaging.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any expedited shipping charges paid for the original order are non-refundable, except for the amount corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option available at the time of purchase, where applicable.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of products that have been damaged by the client.

Products made to the customer’s specific instructions, personalized products, or special custom orders may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.

Before ordering large quantities, special products, custom products, or personalized finishes, please request all necessary information in advance, including samples, finish samples, technical details, and any other relevant information.
