We at CristofaroLuce are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. For any product on our site, if you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days and request a refund (in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging).

Please make your request at tommaso@cristofaroluce.com .  Once the return request is authorized, we can assist you in shipping the package.

Credit for the refund will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.

50% of the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, the customer is responsible for 50% of the return shipping cost of any returned item.

Any expedited shipping charges paid for the original order are non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONS – We cannot accept returns of products that have been damaged by the client.

Before ordering large quantities or special or custom products, please request all necessary information, including samples, finish samples, etc.
